Superchargers
Fastest option. Just plug in, the Tesla identifies itself and starts charging. Billed to your Tesla account. V2 (150 kW), V3 (250 kW), and newer V4 stalls are available along the A1 (Lisbon–Porto), A2 (Lisbon–Algarve) and A6 (Lisbon–Elvas–Spain) motorways.
Public Mobi.E network
Portugal has a unified public charging network. AC stalls are common in towns and shopping centres; DC fast chargers on motorways. You need to be signed up with a comerciante (electricity retailer), apps from EDP, Galp, Endesa, Iberdrola, Prio all work.
Some operators accept ad-hoc payment by app QR, check on arrival.
Home charging (if staying with someone)
Portuguese sockets are Schuko (Type F, 230 V / 16 A max, delivers ~3 kW). Industrial CEE outlets deliver up to 22 kW three-phase. Your Tesla Mobile Connector plus the right adapter covers both.
Notes
Tariffs vary. Superchargers are usually price-competitive vs the public DC network. Portugal has had EV purchase incentives that change year to year, not relevant for visitors, but worth knowing if you're moving here.
